Tobias Wojcik has been able to gain experience in different restaurants during several stops in Germany and abroad. This is shown in his creative ideas for new recipes. Alexander Holin on the other hand has already completed his apprenticeship at the Schwanenhof and therefore he knows the company by heart. Each of them has his own speciality, but together they take care of the physical well-being of our guests – in the à la carte service and during events.
Sina Niessen manages our restaurant and makes sure that you feel completely comfortable at the restaurant. She works out the current weekly menus and general menus with our cooks Alexander and Tobias. She knows your desires and responds to all your needs in her designs.Her team is made up of experienced service staff and younger staff who like to take care of you. This combination of young and experienced team members ensures that all wishes and needs are being taken care of.
Hannah Bauten is responsible for organizing and planning She coordinates the close cooperation of the different kitchen, service and housekeeping departments, so that every visit with us is unique. She organizes your wedding or birthday, but also in-house events, like our candle light dinner, the cocktail evening and if needed also the cab for your way home. Do you have a cool Insta picture for us? If you post it and tag us, Hannah will make sure it shows up on our social media channels.
Astrid Hasen has been managing our restaurant and hotel since June 2014. She grew up in her parents' and grandparents' business and learned how to deal with guests from an early age. She first graduated with a degree in business administration and gained experience in several other companies. Now she is steadily expanding her business, the Schwanenhof and making it a "place to be" for guests and employees.She is the right contact person for all requests and questions out of the ordinary - for her guests and for her employees.
Our housekeeping team will make sure that everything is fresh and clean for you. Because of that you will feel extremely comfortable while staying with us. team not only prepares your room with love but it also ensures that our restaurant is perfectly tidy and clean.

Our Service- Team is happy to fulfill your wishes. Our young team of competent students will take care of your well-being in the evenings and at events. Stephanie Waidner and Suvada Schiffer will help you to start your morning right to have agreat day with a tasty breakfast and fresh coffee.
